Family Photography Contract

By signing this contract, you are agreeing to the following:

1)In the event of an illness, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. Khrystyna Photography maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. Requests for rescheduling is granted only at the photographer's discretion. Any client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session.

2)Cameras, including cell phone cameras, and recording devices may not be used during our session.
3)There is no guarantee of the number of images presented from a session. Many factors contribute to this, including the cooperativeness of the subject.
4)As an artist, I reserve the right to artistically interpret what I see and in what ways I choose to photograph a scene. This may mean that some shots are color, some are B&W. Images presented to the client are the only images available.
5)If the subject is a minor, I certify that I am legally able to give consent for the minor child.
6) I agree that familyphotomemories may use such images with or without my name for any lawful purposes, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
7)I agree to pay the photographer a non-refundable session fee(cash) at the due at the session. Your session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, and viewing gallery. Please be sure to review all pricing details. There are no refunds or exchanges of any kind due to the custom nature of portrait photography. Regular newborn session -$395. It includes up to 1 hour session, 20 edited digital pictures, and all pictures from the session are color corrected. An extra hour is $200. Payment is cash or Zelle after the session.
8) After twelve (12) months, all images will be purged from the photographer’s hard drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by the photographer at the photographer’s sole discretion. The photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond the photographer’s control.
